Section II — Questions
Warranty, answered
Do I need the timing printout?
Keep it. It is the reference point for any warranty claim — rate and amplitude at dispatch.
Is servicing free after the warranty?
No, but it is done at cost, and you deal with the same bench that built the watch.
Can someone else open the watch?
A third party opening the case voids the warranty. Message us first; we will tell you what is likely wrong.
How long do warranty repairs take?
Two to three weeks on the bench, and we pay return carriage.
Warranty claim
Send the order reference.
We reply with what to do next and, where it is faster, the part to send instead of the whole watch.
