What to include in your first message
- The reference number, or a photo of the watch you want
- Wrist size, and whether you want the bracelet sized before shipping
- Your country — it decides the shipping route and whether duties apply
Order support
For an existing order, quote the order number in the subject line. Tracking, QC photos and warranty claims are all handled through the same channels above.
We answer in English and Chinese. Payment and shipping are arranged with you directly on WhatsApp once your build is confirmed. We do not process card payments.
