Shipping & delivery

Dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment, Monday to Saturday. You receive QC photos before the parcel leaves the bench.

Carriers

DHL Express, FedEx and UPS, fully insured, signature required. The carrier is chosen by route and by what clears customs most reliably for your country.

Transit times

• Europe: 3–6 business days
• North America: 4–8 business days
• Asia-Pacific: 3–7 business days
• Rest of world: 5–12 business days

Packaging

Plain outer box, no brand markings, no commercial invoice on the outside, watch in a travel pouch inside protective foam.

Customs & duties

Import duties and local taxes, where applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility. We declare parcels at a realistic value and will not under-declare.

Lost or seized parcels

Every parcel is insured. If a parcel is lost we replace it or refund it. If it is seized by customs we replace it once, at our cost, provided you follow the route we recommend.
