Refund & returns policy

Seven-day return window

You may return a watch within seven days of delivery if it is unworn, with stickers and seals intact and all packaging present. Contact us first for the return address.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the returned watch passing inspection. Crypto refunds are sent to the originating wallet address.

Return shipping

Paid by the buyer unless the fault is ours (wrong item, damage, or a defect covered by warranty).

Warranty claims

Two years on movement and workmanship. Send a short video showing the issue; we will either repair the watch or replace the movement. Return shipping is covered by us for the first 30 days.

Non-returnable

Custom dial work, engraved casebacks, and watches sized to your wrist at your request cannot be returned unless faulty.
