An independent workshop for custom-built timepieces

RepWatch China is an independent workshop in Amsterdam specialising in custom-built, modified and restored timepieces. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of the brands we reference — we build, regulate and finish watches for collectors who want a specific reference without the boutique markup.

What we actually do

Every watch that leaves us is disassembled, inspected, regulated and reassembled on our own benches. Cases are refinished, bracelets are sized and polished, dials are checked under a loupe, and each movement is timed in six positions on a timing machine before it is cased.

Where a build calls for it, we swap parts: a different dial, a flatter caseback, a bracelet with the correct end-link fitment, or a movement regulated to a tighter tolerance than it arrives with. That work is done here, not outsourced.

Quality control

• 72-hour test window. Accuracy, power reserve and water resistance are checked across three days.
• Photographic record. Each unit is photographed on the bench before packing; the photos are sent to you before dispatch.
• Regulated to ±5 s/day where the movement allows it.

How we ship

Plain outer packaging, no brand markings, signature required. DHL, FedEx and UPS express, fully insured, dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment. Tracking is sent by email and WhatsApp.

Warranty

Two years on movement and workmanship. If something is wrong out of the box, we repair or replace it — return shipping covered by us for the first 30 days.
