Terms of sale
The rules the bench works to: what is being sold, who pays what, and how disputes are resolved. Reading this page takes two minutes and answers most questions before they are asked.
Section I — The essentials
Eight clauses that matter

| What is sold | Custom-built and reference-accurate watches, assembled and regulated at our bench. Not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any watch brand. |
| Orders | An order exists once the build, the price and the lead time are confirmed in writing in the chat. |
| Payment | Bank transfer or crypto. 50% deposit on custom work, balance after QC approval. |
| Delivery | Windows in Shipping & delivery are estimates, not guarantees against customs delays. |
| Returns | 14 days, unworn, per Refund & returns. |
| Warranty | 24 months movement, 12 months finish, per Warranty. |
| Liability | Limited to the price paid for the watch. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights. |
| Law | Governed by the law of the seller’s place of business, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country. |

Are these genuine branded watches?
No. They are custom-built watches produced at our own bench, finished to match specific references. We are independent and not affiliated with any brand.
Where does the contract take place?
In writing, in the chat thread where the order was agreed. That thread is the record we both rely on.
Can terms change after I order?
No. The terms at the moment of confirmation apply to your order.
